Finally we get a new track from NARS singer/songwriter Kevin Cossom, this track is called Open and is one of Danja's most simple yet effective beat so far. Although this could also mean that its unfinished and possibly a new track for his upcoming album! Check out this new track here. Enjoy!

I'm guessing it's not the final mix, but I don't know. I like the track, though. It's different, and I love different! Nice kinda melancholy atmosphere and mood.
ReplyDeleteDanja need to leave Miami now or something.
ReplyDeleteHis sound is beginning to become the standard Southern generic fare...case in point, That's The Homie.
This is one of the best from Danja that I've heard in a minute. I think a good Danja beat is one that has that emotion in the melody and this one certainly packs that
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for a Danja track to hook me like "In My Bed" or "Baby I See You" or "Nothin' But Love"... something I can still play profusely a year or two later. 2010 hasn't furnished a track to that regard, unless you count the Menudos. But, those were made in 2007.
ReplyDeleteThis track is hot, don't get me wrong, but "Remember the Feeling" was hotter. I wish that'd leak in full.
yes i wish remember the feeling was leaked full, helllla goood track
ReplyDeleteCompletely agree with Frederick. These 808 kit beats are starting to reaaaally bore me. Where's the diversity gone? Those heavy, hollow drums of his, insane bridges/switch-ups, the crazy sequences/pads/arps/etc,.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite from him this year BY FAR is Quincy Jagher's "Criminal" but im sure that's an older track from the Britney vault anyway.
C'mon, Nate!
Oh, and I've been waiting years for that "Remember The Feeling" in it's full version!
For real! I have a little remix/part 2 of "Remember The Feeling" running around in my head.
ReplyDeleteAll I'm saying is this Rick Ross/New Diddy isn't really the way to go. I'm hoping he'll shut me up with new Britney/T.I./JoJo/Travis Garland.
And, shouldn't a new Wyld mixtape be coming out? It's about that time of year.
C/S 100%...the thing is, he's not even mediocre when he's doing that sound...he sucks.
ReplyDeleteAnyone see parallels to the Stereo Love track by Edward Maya? Or is it just my club ears talking?
ReplyDeleteOops, nevermind lol
ReplyDeleteThe real name for this song is Relax
