Usher - So Many Girls(Final Retail)

Well guys as some off you guys may have realised Usher's 6th Retail album has leaked and one cut of the album was from Danja called So Many Girls, we have posted this track before in full a couple months ago but here is the final and mastered version of the song nothing really has changed much except for better hitting of the drums and more clarity, this track is the clean version by the way. Enjoy!!!

  1. The effects on Usher's voice weaken the track's power... that, and the additional "sweetening" that was done to the track. So many good songs got cut from the tracklisting with this album.

  4. ^Lago's not a mastering engineer, but I'm pretty sure she was mixing on these sessions. I dig this track.

  6. this sounds noticeable better than the unmastered one. I agree with ed though, i thought Stay Down was a much better track.

  7. The leaked one few weeks back sounds better than this mastered one. Frankly this album is disappointing. I expected better after his last one. And yes, Stay Down should have been there. Heck, Danja has to go back producing whole albums. Most of the beats on this album are wack! 'So Many Girls' smacks them all! "Turn The Lights OFF" lol

  8. Ruben, a mix engineer (like Lago) mixes the individual sound elements of a track. A mastering engineer does final (and typically unnoticeable to the untrained ear) tonal balancing and dynamic adjustments...we're talking tenths of a decibel a lot of times. A lot of the things people refer to as differences from mastering on forums like this have mostly to do with changes in the mix and typically very little or nothing to do with mastering.

  10. I'm with Bliza... can we get another Blackout or Duran Duran-type situation out of Danja? I'm tired of dude going in on a track and only getting that one track. I want to hear Danja do six or seven themed tracks on an album, at least... not all different-sounding like on Keri Hilson's album.
